Sarina Serovski (Director)
Sarina is an accomplished leader and safety professional with extensive experience working across regulation, manufacturing, logistics and construction. Prior to establishing MircroRisk Group, Sarina held a variety of technical and leadership roles at WorkSafe including as the Project Manager of the West Footscray fire site remediation project.
Sarina has over twenty years working in the manufacturing and logistics sector in engineering, leadership and safety.
Sarina holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (with Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Work Health & Safety and is an associate member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).

Michael Eather (Director)
Michael is a passionate safety leader with extensive experience working across high-hazard industries. Prior to establishing MircroRisk Group, Michael was the Director of WorkSafe’s inter-agency High Risk Dangerous Goods Taskforce established in response to the stockpiling of dangerous goods across metropolitan Melbourne.
Michael has over ten years working in the petrochemical sector in maintenance, operational and safety roles.
Michael holds Masters degrees in both Occupational Health & Safety and Commercial Law and is a Chartered OHS Professional (ChOHSP) within the Australian Institute of Health & Safety.
