Dangerous Goods Storage Facility (VIC)

MicroRisk Group was engaged by the client to provide advice in relation to the design of a Class 3 dangerous goods store at their hazardous waste facility in Victoria.

MicroRisk Group completed a desktop review of the client’s proposal including the specific dangerous goods likely to be present at the facility.

MicroRisk Group assisted the client with determining the viability and requirements of storing and handling Class 3 dangerous goods at their premises.

As part of its viability assessment, the client requested advice on the general requirements of the occupational health and safety (OH&S) and dangerous goods legislation, including relevant industry standards, and their impacts on the proposed change.

MicroRisk Group’s pragmatic advice allowed the client to make a decision based on their regulatory obligations, safety and commercial considerations.
