Jason is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience across aviation, manufacturing and major events. With a proven record of delivering safety improvements, compliance, and risk management strategies; Jason has been recognised for innovative solutions including award-nominated safety designs and national safety rollouts.
Prior to joining MicroRisk Group, Jason spent over twenty years working in the aviation, manufacturing and major event sectors in engineering and safety roles.
Jason has established a strong reputation for delivering practical safety improvements, managing regulatory and compliance obligations and fostering positive safety cultures within complex and high-risk operational environments.
His expertise spans risk management, incident investigation, safety management systems, audit leadership, contractor management and workplace injury prevention. Jason has successfully led major safety initiatives, supported national safety programs, and implemented innovative solutions that have improved compliance, reduced operational risk and enhanced organisational safety performance.

Provided advice on contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), monitored the construction of temporary structures and facilities, delivered ongoing occupational health and safety advice throughout the project and liaised directly with WorkSafe Victoria during regulatory inspections.
Aviation Service Provider, Vic
Reviewed and revised a significant number of compliance procedures to ensure alignment with Commonwealth work health and safety legislation and regulatory obligations.
Major Event (Motor Sport), Vic
Monitored and verified contractor safe work practices and systems of work throughout the event, while providing specialist advice on both contractor safety and public safety management.
